The house is fully furnished. Each side has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer and all the amenities of home (Cable TV, DVD, WiFi, Fireplace, Etc).

Noise Policy: This old house carries noise so please be courteous of noise impact.  Especially be considerate during night and early morning hours.

Cleaning Service:
A cleaning fee is included in your rental, however any excessive cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. Please be ready to leave at your designated check-out time, the cleaning crew will arrive shortly after. (A fee may be charged for late departures.)
